Yesterday, the Lok Sabha became a theatre of the absurd. The government cited Rule 353 to stop the Leader of the Opposition from quoting General Naravane’s unpublished memoir. Their defense? “It isn’t authenticated.”

The irony is suffocating.

The government is terrified of a book about the border that you cannot read. But they are completely comfortable with the books you can read—the ones that document the internal dismantling of the Republic using their own data.

I am not a General. I don’t have state secrets. But over the last decade, I have conducted a forensic autopsy of the Indian State. My findings, published in Sleeping Guardian and “Era of Stupidity”, are not based on leaks. They are based on the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG)—the modern-day Vidura—and statutory filings that the Supreme Court chose to ignore.

While Parliament fights over a ghost book, here is the “Mandate Crime” they are desperate for you to ignore.

1. The “SIR” Mystery: The Theft of the Voter

Reference: The ‘Citizen Not Found’ Files

In the run-up to the 2025 Bihar elections, millions of names vanished from the electoral rolls under a “Special Intensive Revision” (SIR). To the untrained eye, it looked like administrative cleanup.

It was a firewall breach.

My analysis of the ECI data reveals a terrifying pattern:

  • The Deletion: Legitimate voters were scrubbed without valid “deletion codes.”

  • The Transfer: In the exact same window, the Union and State governments announced a ₹4.1 Lakh Crore transfer package.

  • The Crime: The “Citizen Senapati” (Election Commission) allowed the voter list to be opaque while the treasury was wide open. This wasn’t an election; it was an algorithmic capture.

2. The “Guardian” Who Slept: Article 21 in Coma

Reference:

We call them “natural disasters.” The audit files prove they are State-Sponsored Negligence.

Take the Morbi Bridge collapse. A 12-year-old boy named Manav survived, but his family didn’t. Why? Because the NDMA (National Disaster Management Act) was systematically violated. Statutory safety audits were skipped.

  • The Supreme Court’s Role: The “Guardian” had the power of suo motu cognizance. It ordered a “status report” but refused to fix the broken oversight system. It blinked. And in that blinking silence, justice dissolved.

The Verdict

We are living in the Era of Stupidity because we are fighting over the wrong text.

  • The “Unpublished Soldier” (Naravane) says our borders are vulnerable.

  • The “Published Auditor” (My Work) says our institutions are dead.

The Supreme Court is sleeping. The Election Commission is a spectator. Don’t wait for the leak. Read the evidence.
